Us in the Community

We're the local Dad-Daughter real estate team, in the community for over 25 years. We're your trusted advisors and we're your neighbors too!
We support our community through annual fundraisers for local charities including the Boys & Girls' Club, Toys for Tots, Oregon Food Bank & local food pantries.
As a small business ourselves, we support and promote other local businesses that we believe in, big or small, putting people first.
Communities We Specialize In
Lake Oswego
Being a part of the Lake Oswego community for over 25 years, we've experienced its many charms and been involved in schools, scouts, sports, and the arts. Tyron Creek State Park, a hidden gem just north of LO, is the only state park in Oregon located within a major metropolitan area. Whether you seek tranquility in nature or the vibrancy of the city, Lake Oswego has something for everyone.
Palisades
The Palisades neighborhood holds a special place in our hearts as a peaceful, tucked-away suburb where Mike and his wife Suzanne raised their family. The quiet charm, beautiful parks, and small-town vibe make it a hidden gem that's hard to find in today's fast-paced world. If you're seeking a serene and welcoming community, Palisades is the perfect place for you.
Lake Grove
We have watched Lake Grove change, grow, and develop into something truly unique over the years. With a plethora of new restaurants, shops, and housing opportunities, there's always something new to discover in this vibrant community As our main office is located here, we have our finger on the pulse of the area. Come explore the trendy eateries and cozy boutiques that make Lake Grove special.
First Addition
The First Addition neighborhood in downtown Lake Oswego is a highly desirable area known for its charming homes and walkability. Stroll down idyllic tree-lined streets for easy access to shops, restaurants, the library, the lake, and nearby parks with Willamette River access. Come explore the unique charm of this quaint neighborhood for yourself.
West Linn
West Linn is a beautiful town bordered by the Willamette River on one side and rolling countryside on the other with a picturesque old-town main street. Old town has charming store-fronts as well as a fantastic food truck park and Willamette Park only a short walk or drive away. You can put in your boat, kayaks or paddle boards at the park or just spread out a blanket and enjoy the day!
Wilsonville
Conveniently located on the river and bisected by I-5, Wilsonville is a peaceful departure from urban living while still having all the essentials and easy access to the greater Portland-metro area. Just a stone’s throw from Oregon wine country and the Charbonneau Golf Club.
Tualatin
Great central location with easy access to both I-5 and I-205, beautiful suburbs and large shopping centers like the Bridgeport Village Mall and Regal Cinemas movie theater.
Fox Hill
A smaller neighborhood within Tualatin, Fox Hill is a hidden gem. Just up the road from the Tennis Club and Brown’s Ferry Park which has access to the Tualatin River. Fox Hill is a picturesque slice of American suburbs with wide streets, beautifully kept landscapes, and friendly neighbors.
Stafford
This unincorporated community is known for its bucolic rolling hills and large estates. If you are looking for country living in a luxury package, Stafford may be the place for you! Easy drives to other towns and nearby wineries & vineyards.
Sherwood
Sherwood is in Oregon wine country but is also a fast-growing city on the edge of the Urban Growth Boundary. The charming downtown area is used to host an annual classic car show and Robin Hood festival.
Beaverton
Beaverton is one of the more diverse cities in Oregon being the location of Nike World Headquarters and with several Intel campuses nearby. There is a great food scene here as well as many parks, trails and natural areas.
Murrayhill
This Beaverton neighborhood is a beautiful hide-away tucked just back from a couple shopping centers. The HOA offers a recreation center with swimming pools, wading pools, outdoor tennis and basketball courts, miles of walking & biking trails as well as play structure facilities.
Cedar Hills
This area of Beaverton is part of the downtown heartbeat of Central Beaverton. Cedar Hills Crossing is a popular location to go shopping or go out to eat. Easy access to Max lines that go to downtown Portland.
Bethany
For folks moving to Beaverton, Bethany is almost always on their radar. It is known for its great schools, polished feel, and a more diverse community due to locally-based international employers such as Nike & Intel.
